It’s official. Bernie Sanders has won the popular vote in the first three contests of the Democratic primary, a feat unparalleled in modern American history.

The basic takeaway here is that it's Bernie's nomination to lose. Exactly how big his margin is in Nevada, who finishes 2nd, etc., may tell us something about precisely how likely he is to lose it, and who is most likely to take it away from him. But it's his race to lose.

For those of you unfortunate enough to have turned on MSNBC you have witnessed a full blown freakout. Nazi comparisons, commentators near tears, and even a stunning admission that maybe they don’t understand the country anymore.
